current projects

extremismBot.com I am currently leading a project focused on the design of autonomous conversational agents (chatbots) as persuasive technologies tailored for value-sensitive contexts. These chatbots leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and theories of persuasion to foster constructive online interactions and support ethical decision-making. One key application of this research is moderating and countering the spread of radical extremist content online. By integrating cutting-edge methods, including predictive analytics and value-sensitive design, my work aims to create scalable, ethical chatbot systems that address both societal challenges and organizational needs. These technologies have broader applications as well, such as improving trust and safety on digital platforms, enhancing business communication processes, and supporting ethical AI deployment in complex decision-making environments.

Through this project, I aim to bridge the gap between research and practice, designing tools that are both technically robust and aligned with ethical principles to promote meaningful, positive change.
